PROTOCOLS AND STANDARDS

The Bharat Gaurav Award Foundation operates at the pinnacle of national prestige. To uphold this legacy, it has established rigorous protocols and uncompromising standards that govern every aspect of its functioning.

In 2020, the Bharat Gaurav Standard Control Council (BGSCC) formally instituted the “Bharat Gaurav First Charter of Recognitions and Awards.” This landmark charter serves as the foundation of the award system, clearly defining its objectives, categories, and selection framework—ensuring a process that is transparent, consistent, and globally benchmarked. Beyond selection, the charter meticulously outlines standards for:
Event execution and management
Dignitary protocol and hospitality
Stage design, decorum, and presentation
Formal etiquette and ceremonial conduct

These protocols are not merely guidelines—they are the pillars that preserve the dignity, grandeur, and timeless prestige of the Bharat Gaurav Award. Every detail is executed with precision and excellence, reinforcing its stature as one of the nation’s most revered and honorable recognitions.
